I had to delete Pokemon Go from my phone due to repeated crashing, anyone else had same problem?

Topic.

I never play it anyway because it eats my phone battery for breakfast and uses FAR too much data, and the GPS on my phone says it doesn't work.

But I know the game has a lot of fans.

My phone is a Moto G6 on Android.

As mentioned I have uninstalled the game due to the constant crashing.

Yes, I have had the same problem.

Fortunately, I was never really into Pokemon Go, so it wasn't exactly a huge loss.

It wasn't until you brought it up that I remembered, yes I did have Pokemon Go installed, and yes, it did chew my battery and CPU and cause loads of other problems.

I only downloaded it because it was free and all my friends had it on their phones, I'm not 12 so I'm too old for Pokemon anyway.

It’s been unstable since launch. Some weeks are good, some are bad. Nothing new there really.
