How to be safe when meeting someone new.

I’m sorry that things didn’t work out, AprilR. I’m glad you are free from any confusion, but still, it is very hard. I hope that your disappointment is not too strong and that you can move on to something optimistic in your life.
 
Thanks. The feeling of being with someone and them not "seeing" the real me or understanding makes me feel worse than being alone
