brittle leaves shatter
smell of clay floats through thin air
dry boots, leather split

Pardon Me Shaking
While my mouth was gaping wide
I drop my eyeballs

silly, right?, ahhhhh, sighs.... such nerves,.....

ancusmitis. I am old and a bit slow, it took me a second. Funny, very funny.
Perhaps the universe is seeded with noodles via the process of...
Pan s'ghettia.

Noodles of darkness
arise to conquer the earth
apastacalypse

Hatred, destruction
This spaghettian vengeance
Will destroy us all

Bubbling and churning
The noodles' boiling water
Scalds our guilty plates

Victim turns victor
As the noodles rage in pots
Have some firey death

We're burning alive
With a pinch of salt for flavor
To feed the pasta

Tomato sauce drips
We learn the meaning of food
Consumed by our meals.

Edit: I think this might need another verse, but I'm not sure.

I am glad you thought to post here, instead of
making a duplicate thread. One aspect that I
enjoy about AC is the long attention span,
regarding thread life.

I appreciate the concept that any thread can be
considered live, assuming the thread isn't
closed/locked.
