Welcome, @Kern . I hope you like it here. I grew up in a small Polish enclave, Hamtramck, surrounded by Detroit. My ancestors are from Silesia (Brody) and there are still relatives in Wrocław.

Hi. I live in the UK but I worked in Warsaw a little, about 25 years ago. I also did a road trip from Warsaw to Prague in a beat-up old VW camper van. Good times!

Hi Tazz. Great to hear from you. You know Poland a bit. I have been in London three years ago. I had spend one month in hospital there. Long story. Now I'm daily reader of Daily Mirror and the Guardian as I learn English from the newspapers. Which part of UK do you live ? Greetins !

Haha. Not sure you're going to learn good English from the Daily Mirror! I'm a couple of hours away from London.
