DNA Test

My second cousin in Australia reached out to me I answered her question and asked her if she wants to get into a real life puzzle, has religious connotations involves my grand mother, her great grand parents. should be fun and a ride, I have a record in getting to the bottom of these things.
 
Three days ago my wife got an e mail through the site from some guy named Evans. he shared DNA with her, Then two days later a woman named Evans contacted me, they as far of we know are unrelated 2nd cousin for me for her.another puzzle to look into do we have overlapping Evans is a popular english surname. just came back from visiting wife's cousin found out her husbands grandmother's maiden name Evans time to get the violin out.

My second cousin Mrs.Evans is interested in what I have connected so far in accordance with our family. 17 hour time difference. No idea what her background is similar in age to me, do I come across as a flake. We are both Verhulst's
hoping not to see guys in suits come around did not read any of Dan Browns books. or even watch the movies.
doing the DNA match yesterday for saint claire and finding a fourth cousin shocked both my wife and. It was a joke.

Then my buddies joke about Neanderthal's being connected to covid started same way, See my thread no longer a joke, now real science I got there just by collecting daily numbers and using basic statistics.
 
Know wondering who was maintaining the Verhulst web site and yes Evans was on it Zeeman was not nor was my dads cousins Verhults and my second cousins who I have not seen in years. Could not locate on search Dr. Verhulst was a noted child psychiatrist who diagnosed my older brother years ago. Are the Masons involved in some way?
 
Conversing with my 2nd cousin The closest analogy I can think of is being the doctor on doctor Who and inviting her onto the tardis as my companion and she accepted.
 
Having fun with the tools section of program in particular chromosome checker looking to see what function on each chromosome,
 
This DNA test has a chromosome comparator, so for a hunch I compared my brother sons and a couple of other Zeeman's including Peter we all had strong matches under chromosome 8, So I googled this chromosome, which stated this chromosome was responsible for brain development.
 
Just made an interesting observation,one of the families on my family tree is the Minderhoud family they are unique in that the male members did not reproduce, Neither my brother nor my sons carry their genes, only me what is the common factor, I am on the spectrum and I suspect many of the male members of this family also are, would take me a few minutes to do a DNA comparison to determine the chromosomes, genes and possibly snps responsible.check chromosome 2, 5,9, 11, 12. 15. and particularly 17and 22. Did a quick search chromasome 15 and 17 are major players for autism. I like puzzles am very good at them unlikely i'm wrong.

The Minderhoud family is the key to autism yes I am a member of the clan and yes I'm autistic, The anomaly is how few male members had offspring I'm the rare exception. No Minderhoud surnames on my family tree yet when I enter the surname in search so many it crashes my computer all the female members of the clan got married only maiden name found. On the DNA side only about 31 people had DNA tests done which match me most were female one female whose dad was a Minderhoud so she hyphened her surname being aware of its rarity.

I suspect their is a Nobel prize in medicine available here for who following this site and follows through on this information the fellow spectrum members on this site I see as fellow family members. hopefully I will just be a foot note. Once they know the exact snps Crispr can fix those who op for a fix.

Checked MIderhoud search on my desk top computer again over loaded memory yet not one shows on my tree all matches appear to be via maiden name of female MInderhouds they married Zeemans, Verhulsts , and Reolse.
 
Facial recognition has been a problem. The human rights orginisation 'Liberty' have been pointing out the flaws of it and in Detroit, USA a man was falsely accused, here's a link and some photos:-

Yeah, facial recognition is bull. It is based on "keypoints" which are features on the face such as cheekbone, etc. It usually works reliably on phones / laptops because these use depth / 3D cameras. On 2D photos, it's much, much less accurate. There's a reason why they use depth cameras - otherwise you would hold up a photo of someone to unlock another person's phone.
 
Even DNA matches has flaws as they use centimorgans once you get a bit past 5th cousins people not related can match.
 
Latest count on my family tree show 14 Peter Zeeman's. Cannot take this any farther very high probability

Given that you're scientifically/mathematically inclined, I'm assuming you're confident that the accuracy of the results is legitimate? The skeptic in me wonders about that with the home genealogy related DNA tests.

Contacting a few of my cousins and knowing family history makes it hard to doubt. even a fourth Everything correlates the basis of science. If science is in doubt, we would not be contacting each other. If you do not trust science. Wave from the cave.
