Describe your favorite movie as boring as possible

Lots of these descriptions are going right past me.
I don't know what the movies are, from the descriptions.

This is more amusing when I do know.
It would be great if people would put the title of the movie
in a spoiler.
 
Two guys hang out with some old homeless dude they found in a cave. They allow him to give them directions and throughout the trip, he repeatedly tries to rob them.

Lord of the Rings Trilogy
 
Two guys meet in prison.
One is known to locate certain items from time to time.
The other enjoys geology and shaping and polishing soap stone.
They become friends.

When one of the friends breaks out of prison, the other misses him.

They meet up again at the end of the film.

Although both almost perished near the end, they are okay, and the being is able to return safely.
