I thought it might be nice to have a regular space where we can share our small wins – those everyday achievements that might not seem like much to others but matter to us.

There's no win too small for this thread. Made your bed? Win. Replied to a message you'd been putting off? Win. Tried a new food? Win. Got through a difficult sensory situation? Definitely a win.

Sometimes we're so focused on what we're struggling with that we forget to notice what we're managing. This is a place to celebrate those moments, however tiny they might feel.

I'll start: today I took action on something I've been putting off for a month, and I'm hopeful that it'll be a good thing in the long run :)

What's your small win today?

Found my glasses, after only 2 hours of them being lost.

I wasn't expecting them to be on the hearth in front of the woodstove.

Nice idea :)
I made some more steps towards organisation, didn’t have the headspace to do this for a while.

Yesterday afternoon I was upset, and calmed myself down by walking in a local park and then attending an online support meeting.

Yesterday we had snow and I went out to shovel not just the driveway and walkway. But also clean the deck and the pergola roof.

Also yesterday. I helped our neighbor with the snow at the end of their driveway and cleaned the roof of the his truck.

Today I cut up some turnips and a onion for the turkey soup made yesterday.

Thanks Satal for keeping this site running. I drove them for dialysis, and realized that was okay even though other things weren't done.

I actually sat down and hammered away on my guitar for the first time in weeks. I probably have a new song to record. Oops.
