According to Google and Xbox.com you have to unplug the Xbox "Power Brick", leave it for 30 seconds and then plug it back in and turn Xbox back on.

I just wondered if there was a simpler way of doing it without having to mess about with the plugs?

As mentioned I've been Googling this all day without useful results.

I downloaded and installed a free game to see if it was my Xbox that made the game not work, and the free game worked as normal, therefore I suspect it's this particular game, WWE 2k18, that's the problem as I downloaded it digitally as well as trying to install off disc, and neither would download, came back with server errors.

I will Google the problem some more.

My Dad just got off the phone to Microsoft UK's Xbox support team, they are refunding the £43.99 I paid for the digital game! Result, but because the Banks are closed over Christmas it'll be at least next Tuesday before the refund goes into my Bank, 5 days.
