Brain Fog

Please don't try to diagnose me. 😊

Is it normal to get brain fog after half an hour of reading stuff or watching YouTube? Does your brain feel like it's electrified. Does it feel numb?

And then it takes half an hour break for it to clear?

Does anyone else get this.

If it's not normal I might contact my dr

I get that in crowded, busy, glossy places, but not from screen time.

The suggestion to try different light conditions that others have given sounds worth trying.

I can feel this way when I am tired or have had too much visual stimulation. Reading is difficult for me and causes brain fog very quickly. With videos, I mostly prefer to listen over actually watching. Visual over stimulation leads to confusion and slow thoughts.
