Are Xbox One achievements glitched?

Topic.

Been playing Xbox One games all day, including Spyro Reignited, and getting achievements, so far I've scored about 90 points but the Leaderboard is only saying I've scored 40 and I'm 12th this month.

I'd like to try and get in the top 10 before the beginning of next week, the end of the month, but are the achievements glitched today?

I've posted on the UK forum of Xbox.com, and AVForums.com, and used Google.
