I have some cosmic crisp apples in my kitchen right now. Those are my fave.

Do you love apples?

I know I despise Granny Smith and Red Delicious, but I like most other varieties

Last year I bought a bunch of huge 'Koru' apples that came from New Zealand. Man, those were the tastiest darn apples I have ever had. Probably sent my blood glucose to the stratosphere!
Locally, there's an area up in the mountains called 'apple hill' which has many growers and a festive atmosphere.
Overall I tend to prefer any large round tasty apples.

I like all kinds of apples. Some kinds are good to eat raw. Other kinds such as Granny Smith are best if they are cooked. In fact, they're called "cooking apples". I also like apple cider.

I like them but don't eat them that often. I prefer to cut them up into slices so that's a hassle.

There are a lot of good heirloom apples in my area. My favorite are Northern Spies. For a tasty, modern, variety, SweeTango is unparalleled. That apple has changed how pickers are compensated. Its tender skin and woody stem is too delicate to be twisted off the tree. Pickers need to cut each apple off to avoid stem punctures and they are paid by the hour rather than by weight.

Added: With a great variety of apples here in N. Michigan there are some outfits making nice hard ciders. A favorite of mine is Smackintosh, by Tandem Ciders. A dry cider with lots of flavor.

Hell yes to apples.

I don't enjoy biting into them but love having them sliced up and always room temperature.

Fujis are my favorite.

I like making applesauce, too.

If you like cinnamon toast, try putting thin slices of apple on top of the buttered bread and then putting the sugar and cinnamon on top of the apple slices, and put it under the oven broiler for a couple of minutes until the sugar gets bubbling hot and starts to melt. Keep an eye on it so it won't burn.

Yum.

When I lived in Upstate New York, I picked Northern Spies off the tree. They were superb. The next day I found them less interesting. Some sort of ester had left the apples.

During the same time period, I would visit the Cornell Apple orchards in Ithaca, NY. You could smell the apples from the parking lot. There were a hundred varieties or more. I loved picking out samplings.

It’s difficult to get good apples in Florida. The only good ones I’ve found here are Kiku and one other 4 letter name that also starts with K, but I can’t remember it.

I ticked OK. That's how I feel about apples. I rarely buy them for general eating.
I prefer to drink apples. Juice and ciders. I don't like apple pie.
Fresh, raw and the ones on the tangy side when I do occasionally eat them.
