Answer a QUESTION with a QUESTION

If two words both begin with "y" and end with "y" doesn't that mean that they mean almost the same thing?
 
Are you saying that you aren't certain if "I had a delightful time" means the same as "I had a dreadful time"?
 
Would it be better or worse to discover you have squiggley tentacles covered with little mouths?
