It was Orange County because of the citrus groves and all the farmland. The towns were tiny and quaint.

Roosevelt Island, facing south. On the right is Manhattan (with its Central Park in the distance), and Queens is on the left. Near the southern tip is the Ed Koch Queensboro Bridge, which has no access to the island. The only road connection is the Roosevelt Island Bridge. The 12,000-resident island is administratively a part of Manhattan.
