Do you ever wonder if the 7 days of creation were not the kind of day we have now? E.g. God could have represented 1 day as 1,000,000 years? It would make so much more sense if this was the case.

I think it's safe to say that the bible is open to interpretation. So if it works for you - have at it.

I'm not a religious man myself, although I did attend a Church of England school for 11 years. Each morning spent in church.

C of E is a perfect example of man's interpretation of the bible - Henry VIII split from the Catholic faith in the 1530's in order to divorce his first wife. Of course, he had ulterior motives for doing what he did - and yet the religion exists to this day and has over 85 million followers and is the established state church in England to this day.

Man continues to interpret the bible in their own way - hence why there are tens of thousands of Christian denominations, and guess what? Each one assumes they're the one's who've got it right. Funny that.

Whilst religious persecution still exists, at least in large parts of the world, people are more accepting of differing beliefs. As opposed to continuing to launch Crusades or Reformations or Inquisitions etc.

The last company I worked at was run by the Brethren. Their way of living life is very devout and pious. They were some of the most charming, dedicated and hard working people that I've ever met.

JHVH is outside of time a quote goes one day is as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day and as someone raked up their beef with the c of e church Yeshua Jesus didn't come to heal the healthy he came to heal the sick so Christians aren't expected to be perfect never noticed a perfect atheist

I believe it is seven literal days. "The evening and the morning were one day". The Hebrew Calendar records the exact date of creation, and also many other days of biblical history.

Yes 7 literal days evening to evening is day 1 just like his Shabbat/Feast days evening to evening.
