  • Now that I am clearing my mind of resentments, I need to find something better to occupy my mind in idle time.
I feel like writing a private vent journal and then lighting it on fire.

That might be very cathartic. I've done something similar and it helped.
I accept that my family will always look at me with ableism in their eyes. I can grieve but I must let this go and move on.
I pulled weeds for a while in my gravel yard. It looks so much better now. I will finish this job tomorrow as it is too warm outside to finish it now.
I have repetitive thoughts on resentments and grudges that I need to let go. I choose to let it go for a while but I always pick them back up later and I need to stop doing that.

Maybe the period of time that you let it go will slowly get longer and longer until the resentments and grudges are actually gone.

Negative thoughts influence your emotions. I am assuming you know that. When I start getting in a negativity rut, I try to snap out of it by going to a psychological "happy place" or simply focusing on my breathing.
Hooked up to machines currently. Just took some Benadryl. Night night, this time with air being pumped into my nose.

I can’t fall asleep just yet. I have to wait another eternity apparently with the lights on here wide awake until the techs finally decide to not keep me out of sight and out of mind.

I was ready to sleep an hour ago, now I am wide awake and extremely pissed.

    Locutus? Is that you?
I hate the fact that the parking lot where I work is close to a needle exchange, so every Friday the whole area turns into a public shooting gallery.

    It's a "supervised injection site"?

Nope, it’s the unsupervised parking lot with no security and the pigs could not care any less about what goes on in that part of town.

    Most unfortunate.

You bet! My favorite is Tsukemen Ramen with a thick broth and the noodles on the side that one dips in the broth. I wish it were available here.
I am no longer a priority to any of my friends. Only my job is where I am a priority. I am disposable to my friends.
I am feeling ill but I still have to go to work in several hours from now. I just chugged a shot of Pepto.

I hope you get to feeling better. It is tough having to go to work sick.
It sucks when I serve the IT role in my office and a co worker does not want to hear from me what the technical issues she is facing is. She has to hear it from somebody else.

I've been through this so many times too. It seems clear that people don't like to listen to me in particular. Usually the "bad thing" that I warned them about happens then they say "how was I supposed to know?!" after I politely told them several times. Apparently they think I'm obliged to fix it for them after that 😆 I once had to sit and watch an "expert" fail spectacularly to understand how a WiFi bridge works 🙄
