    My grandpa just went to the hospital y'all. He fell in the kitchen and hurt his hip. He didn't wanna go but I couldn't get him up and it's better safe than sorry, y'know?

    Falls can be deadly for the very old. It's best that he went to the hospital and got checked out by doctors.

    Sadly that's a common exposure for us elderly. Not so much that I know as an old man, but as a former casualty insurance underwriter. When the elderly trip and fall, you just get out your checkbook to pay.

    I went to the dentist today and I will need to go again on 16 November to get the crown places and then do this whole song and dance with another tooth too. Ugh.

    Weird food polls be like 'What weird food do you actually love?' and then the options will include normal stuff like 'olives' or 'bleu cheese' and not actual 'weird' stuff like century eggs or balut.

    Yesterday I went to the repair shop that has my laptop and he said it should be Wednesday or Thursday. Fingers crossed because it's been like two dang months.

    All it needs is a new DC-in for the AC adapter and a keyboard replacement (cuz the D key stopped working on the keyboard). The problem is while the new DC-in came and got replaced like a week after I dropped it off...the keyboard has been out of stock and literally NO ONE has had it available. So I can't blame him for that, of course.

    Officially taking a break from all big frivolous purposes until Christmas because I spent $330 today. (The stuff I'm gonna get for my laptop obviously doesn't count as 'frivolous' even though it'll be over $100)

    I got ear drops at the pharmacy today, they cost me like $33, discounted from $250. (Prescription ear drops, not regular ones)

    Good news: I got my ears unclogged (but still got a prescription for ear drops)

    Bad news: Guess who has high-blood pressure and should plan on going to the ER soon because of it?

    YEAH. Makes me a bit annoyed because I've put effort into trying to lose weight but apparently that wasn't good enough.

    High blood pressure can just happen, my friend has always had to deal with it. Don't stop the weight loss, because you will have less medical issues. Great news there. I dropped some weight because you think less about weight as you age. Then you think what happened? What, l can't eat a donut everyday. :(
