I feel like taking a butter knife and a vacuum cleaner and performing self liposuction to lose my big belly, but I won't do that because that would be painful and it would probably kill me.

Weight loss can be weird. You might find you lose a lot at first and then it plateaus out, then you find yourself looking at your body and thinking "why have I stopped losing weight?" Then the weight loss begins to snowball. Sometimes it takes a while for skin to adjust too. Don't loose heart, you will get there! :)

I found my weight loss was uneven. I lost a lot around my waist but not so much around my sternum area. So now I have dangling loose skin. All I can do is eat right (diet is over 90% of weight loss) and wait. Even the experts who have studied such things for decades say that weight loss is drop then plateau, drop then plateau.
Last weekend, I finally completed the first Gears of War game on Insane. One game finally uninstalled since I am not going for the MP achievements there.
Just started paying for a gym membership, I will start going after work today. Gotta bring my energy levels up and lose my belly.

Great idea. This also will help with mood.
Life actually is not bad for me these days. My memories are my biggest enemies.

Yeah, my memories tend to come in small waves, one will pop up at random and make me briefly hate myself.
I am making a spicy veggie, sausage and brown rice dish with a little bit of shredded cheese on top for dinner. Just because I am low budget this week does not mean I have to be boring.
I hate phishing phone calls, especially when they tell me they have the right phone number but the wrong name and ask to talk to me about a "personal business matter". Those people should be locked up in gen pop on Riker's Island.
Listening to Milo Goes to College - one of the greatest albums of all time. I can relate to a song like "Parents" very much.

I have canoed down the rapids of desert rivers in our Southwest and I learned that, even on the water, one must stay hydrated to stay functional. Alcohol was reserved for the evening when the boats were beached and camp set up. And that, in moderation.
Just got a brand new chair at my office. They must really want to keep me if they are willing to get me a new office chair.
The first weekend of November, I will be gaming for 24 hours (in two 12 hour shifts) to raise money for Seattle Children's Hospital. Extra Life 2023, here I come!

Is this the same fund raising effort you participated in last year?

Remember to have food and water at your fingertips and do a little stretching.
I am thinking of buying myself a new couch within the next few months. I bought one for myself a few years ago "as is" and already it is falling apart - I feel ripped off.

Like so much else in the 21st century, furniture is not made to last. Something I too learned a few years back. Learning that the integrity of "faux leather" can fall off the cliff and just come to pieces after so long.
