    Back in the office five days a week for the next six months. They told me I was too important and valued to be working from home. Could be worse, but I hate the morning commute.

    Stuck downtown because the last bus driver’s bus pass card reader was broken but he insisted it was my pass that was invalid. The pass worked half an hour ago on another bus. That driver is a jerk face.

    I will be gaming in two 12-hour shifts this weekend in order to raise money for Seattle Children's Hospital. Anybody want to play Xbox games with me during this time?

    Me too. My friend doesn't come for a couple more weeks. We will do Lebanese and Indian restaurant. I have never tried Lebanese.

    I have a ranch dressing low calorie hack for you. If you buy the Ranch Dressing in powder pkg , famous brand sells it in store and mix with fat free plain yogurt, it's 95% lower in calories and you can mix it with jalapeño and or avocado and put it on anything.

    That is a great idea. You will evolve and remake yourself. I did this after my divorce. You divorced your family to some extent, now it's time to shed that shield.

    I want to frolic in sunny fields of flowers. I want the energy I had before the doctors pumped me full of Lithium at the age of 9. I want those doctors to pay me a billion dollars so I can afford a personal trainer and dietician.

    @tree I did have blood tests all the time (biweekly I think, or possibly monthly) but I was younger than 14 so I don't really remember what the results were.

    I enjoy using lemon grass in Pad Thai. And l love holy Thai basil. I only found it in one restaurant where l live. The chef brought out a sprig, and l started eating it.

    The secret in using lemon grass is to bruise it first. The holy trinity in soups is lemon grass, galangal root (a type of ginger) and Kaffir Lime leaves. I enjoy making Tom Kha Gai, Coconut milk with chicken soup.

    Thanks, I recognize that flavor immediately. Lemon grass, ginger, lime. Maybe l could use key limes. I am tempted to add basil or cilantro for a seafood delicate broth.

    I used to weight 275lbs. Now my weight is 149lbs.
    There is nothing like losing weight quickly. It took me almost 5 years. Illness ironically contributed to that but, eating habits was most important then light routine of exercise without forcing yourself worked for me.

    You'll feel a lot better, especially if you read it too much. But actively not reading it does mean adjusting your approach to social media, TV and other online places.

    Nah, I genuinely like following the news. It's a hobby for me and I don't really get upset following them, but it's probably a good idea to take a break if the news are affecting you.
