    You are correct, Im just worried about the social component. I worked two jobs in the past and i experienced terrible anxiety that got in the way of my duties. I am fearful that this might happen again.

    I may have misheard 13 as 18 or my mind thought it was that number due to me having dyscalculia.

    When I talk to a person on the phone and a date for an appointment is the reason for the call, I ask that person to not hang up
    until I go over and mark the correct time and day on the calendar. I say again the time and day, for the person to verify. Then we're done with the call, after I've marked it on the calendar.

    LIke your example of distancing yourself from prior threads you started--"if I get a notification I'll click unwatch." That right there is you taking charge of a little thing at a time. Whatever you are doing, keep it up! It's gonna be hard work but it's YOUR work & you are brave enough to do it.

    Then go do that. Its a good idea, I try to do it everyday but im only like %50 consitant with my walks. Any exercise is better then none I guess.

    It sounds like you don't know what the Games on the forum are. You don't have to make a new Thread to play in a Game. Many of them are very easy/take minimal effort.
