Autistics tend not to, but "the only constant is change" and there will be some very BIG changes on earth in the near future, so we will have to step out of our comfort zones. "It is the species most adaptable to change that survives." -Charles Darwin

The Muslims in the Middle East wear clothing that covers them from head to toe during their extreme summers. By law, women in Saudi Arabia wear a robe called "abaya" when in public, that covers their entire bodies, then they must wear a veil, so only their eyes are exposed. The point is that there are humans who always cover themselves completely in summer, so you can too.

Make sure your clothing is loose fitting and allows your skin to "breathe". Muslim men in the Middle East wear a robe called "dishdasha" that covers them yet is loose fitting. Seriously, research clothing styles of people like Middle Easterners who wear full body coverings in 120 F heat.

I like shift dresses and flat shoes, like Skechers go walk, try layers ,have a sleeveless dress ,cargo shorts ,a cotton cardigan ,a shirt with a high neck, so you can dress for your individual temp!
Sometimes I wish I could talk without people misunderstanding. This happens both irl and online. I just want to be social without fear.
