    Of Ducks and Other Things

Thanks for the beautiful pictures, everyone! The only ducks I have seen lately were in the zoo. Nice to see ducks in the wild, if only in picture form!

I am seeking some advice from the community as someone who is undiagnosed but feels a strong connection with autism

Hello, Soap, and welcome to the forums. I believe that most of us enjoy it here and we are a friendly, accepting, group! I hope that you find the threads interesting and, if not comfortable sometimes, at least helpful. Welcome!

How often do you wear earbuds/headphones/earmuffs?

I normally have mine on 6-8 hours a day with Avicii's, "Fade into Darkness" on loop unless I am working with someone because it is good for focus for me.

These are fantastic! I particular like the Gemsbok, and the Zebra mother with her youngling, and that spider web. You have a very good eye! Thank you for sharing!

    Homemade Butter

When I was in 1st Grade we make butter in a cleaned out coffee can with a plastic lid and just put the cream and salt in it, passed it around with everyone shaking it until it was butter. Magical! The amazon butter churn looks amazing but is a lot of money for a one job space taker. Good luck...

    Insight Needed

You did a great job, Gerald! You made him feel heard, you gave him your attention, you gave him some ideas that will help him, you let him know you could be trusted and you showed him how to be a man! It doesn't get much better than that!

    Euchre

I loved Euchre when I learned it in High School in the far southeast of Michigan. We older students would play for hours. Now that I've moved i can't find anyone who plays or is interested in learning. Sad.

    Homeschooled or Autistic?

Homeschooled ND and NT children. They got a lot broader education than the schools could give them. Plus all the extra time to explore museums, zoos, theatre, musical instruments, and beyond. And their teacher loved them. (-:
