    Rent is when you pay to use. Here the library in the next county charges people to take out books....if they don't live in that county.
    My friend wants to go to an anime con in Austin even with the mask rule.

    The seasons changing are hard :( Especially if you live in a place with very distinct seasons. I get depressed in the winter too. Sometimes it helps to get up early and make sure you get some sunlight :) Not a cure, but it helps.
    For next week, should I skip a night at the Sans Bar and save the drive to Austin for the following morning for a hike with a Meet Up group?
    My mother surprised me. She listened to Sleigh Bells and liked them! She said they were like The Go-Go’s.
    I tend to rag on Boomers but I know all aren’t the same. I miss my uncle who passed from cancer.

    That doesn't negate the possibility of sneaking up on it a little, by using duolingo, at home.

    That and I have some family as well as friends who have varying degrees of fluency in the language.

    The stories are mildly amusing, although sometimes formulaic. (There are lessons and stories, for listening to and/or reading.) Very very short stories.
    My blood pressure spiked yesterday. I felt like I was turning into a ghost.

    Drinking a large Dutch Bros. coffee on an empty stomach, little food intake, driving around a lot with the windows rolled down, eating potato chips before hiking, and getting scolded by the hiking group leader.
