the past two days i have woken up with a bad hurting tummy and stuff pain.
I have a minor cold right now. It is annoying because it feels like my uvula is being tickled nonstop, and that is an irritating feeling.
Everybody pray! I'm making an appt today to get measured and approved for a new wheelchair. It's really hard cos I'm nonverbal, but I'm masking really well.
Have had a few bad days because of my anxiety... Been like this for a month now and it's getting unbearable
Nonverbal day. Fighting myself to get any words out, speaking very simple, slurred, stuttered words.
It has taken me 2 whole days but I finally managed to take loads of junk to the recycling center today. I feel like I achieved something that's been on my to do list for so long but I never had the energy to get it done. My back and knees hurt but its such a relief and now I can put my feet up without feeling guilty 
So, I was raking the leaves today when my neighbors' dogs (two males; one female) came running by to play in the pile. Cute.
Women can do whatever they want to men even emotionally break them but if a man even shows his emotions he is a weirdo ignored even arrested. If a women cries or even looks gloomy everyone is by her side.
Only lofi is keeping me grounded.

I lost interest in volunteering and gardening. I am not welcomed in either space.
The office is being vacuumed right now. This situation really sucks.
Coffee is love. Coffee is life. Coffee is a necessity in my daily life. I think I may have an addiction.
