Have had a few bad days because of my anxiety... Been like this for a month now and it's getting unbearable

That's awful. I hope you feel better soon Ro.
It has taken me 2 whole days but I finally managed to take loads of junk to the recycling center today. I feel like I achieved something that's been on my to do list for so long but I never had the energy to get it done. My back and knees hurt but its such a relief and now I can put my feet up without feeling guilty :-)
So, I was raking the leaves today when my neighbors' dogs (two males; one female) came running by to play in the pile. Cute.

It can be fun to compact the leaves in a can by climbing in and jumping on them. I used to do that at my grandma's house. I can't do it at home because we can't use a can where we live. We have to pile them by the road.
Women can do whatever they want to men even emotionally break them but if a man even shows his emotions he is a weirdo ignored even arrested. If a women cries or even looks gloomy everyone is by her side.

It seems you're not working on changing your behavior to address your side of this.

Women don't like being near angry men. If it happens, they act to avoid it. You've faced two common sanctions: exclusion and reputation damage.

There are steps you could take, some easy to implement, some less so.
A simple tactical objective: never display anger when you're in a group.

Men do have emotions. Emotional regulation is a real struggle especially for those on the spectrum. I think working on emotional regulation is your day to day goal.

l have worked on this. l have great days and better days. But l started from bad days due to on-going trauma. But l am stronger, you can do this. Ask your therapist for tips on controlling your emotions perhaps?
I lost interest in volunteering and gardening. I am not welcomed in either space.

You're not welcomed because of your behavior (cursing at a women for not offering to help when you were struggling). Instead of blaming others and feeling rejected, why not think about what you could have done differently? For example, could you have taken a break or asked for help instead of expecting others to notice your distress and rush over to help you?

Agree with Matthias - you get angry about everything. So you had trouble cutting a branch - so what? Instead of laughing about it and using words and asking for assistance you got angry and scared people. Tony - YOU are your own worst enemy. You drive people away from you because your baseline is anger.
Coffee is love. Coffee is life. Coffee is a necessity in my daily life. I think I may have an addiction.
I got kicked out of the Prospect Park volunteer alliance. Got a call from the leader.

Some men get angry when they are struggling and others offer to help because they interpret it as others thinking they are inferior or incapable of doing things on their own. That might explain why she saw you struggling and didn't offer to help.

That's your emotional reaction.

It doesn't tell anything about the situation.
Remind me not to get in the water with kangaroos. They like to drown creatures.

on youtube i saw a kangaroo try to drown a dog and its owner came up and punched it lol
Above the fog, 11 November. Fog in this area tends to settle at the bottom of the valleys and leave higher elevations in the sun or high clouds.

I found the complete Friends DVD boxset in a thrift store yesterday! I noticed they had some single season boxsets for £1 each so I began to figure out if they had all of them and the total cost, then I glanced down and saw the whole collection for £7.50! Yay! 😸 Thrift stores rule! 😸

I just love it when l find my series at a good price. I found Upstairs, Downstairs cheap and two other British sitcoms l love. Ebay, USA, has a lot of good deals in DVDs.

Good find @Aspychata I totally remember Upstairs Downstairs being shown on UK TV back in the 80s, I was a bit too young to appreciate it at the time but I recall I thought the title was funny 😸 I'm not sure why, but I used to giggle every time the TV announcer said it was next 😸
Huntsman spiders are bloody huge! I hope they're gentle giants...

They are the bigger version of the US wolf spiders.

Huntsman spiders can bite. It's like a bee sting (they rarely bite, though).

They are very closely related to the Brown Recluse. Don't get bit by one of them. Their bite causes tissue necrosis, and that's gonna leave a mark.

Both my sister and I were bitten quite often when we were kids, we used to like playing with Huntsmans we caught in the house. I had no reaction at all to a bite, my sister used to get an itchy rash from a bite. There was no pain.
This year, I managed to raise $665 for Seattle Children's Hospital. I am happy about that.

Awesome. Where I live, we have St. Jude for children with cancer, and I always seek to give what I can. It truly is one of the best feelings I could have.

Therapy and therapist are useless in helping me. I am about to drop them completely.

Therapists can't change the past or how other people treat you. The main purpose of therapy is to help people change their beliefs, thinking, attitude, and behavior, which can reduce stress, improve mood, and lead to better relationships. However, therapy only works if you want to change. If you're not willing to change your beliefs, thinking, or behavior, there isn't much a therapist can do for you.
