I believe we have a choice in this world...

...A choice about how to tell sad stories.

Sorry. I probably shouldn't reference a book I haven't read yet. It's just that the trailer of the movie starts with that and I keep seeing it during the commercials on YouTube. It is still a very relevant quote, though. I feel like it sums me up pretty well.

I'm trying to think of a way to tell you my story, without seeming to just spill my heart out to everyone and whine to you. There is a lot to say, though, so how do I start? How do I catch your attention, right now in this crucial stage?

I think... if there's a time to write story, when you're recovering from a suicide attempt and don't really get to do a whole lot at all, should be a nice way to pass time.
