My Love, My LIfe, My Home, My Heart - A Poem

My love, my life, my home, my heart,
Together they may never part.
But through it all, through pain and strife,
I remember what is, what was, my life.
Though times have changed and the Sirens song has been sung,
you were always number one.
As the wind blows through the trees,
I will always remember the birds and the bees.
The laughter, the tears, the sorrow and the pain,
oh I wish I could live again.
You always had the beaming smile,
how I wish I could stay awhile.
And forever love you just as you are,
for time is short, I wont stray far.
How much I wish I forgot how I died,
but I will always remember the times you cried.
The agony of sadness with the silent sorrow,
the dawning of a lonely tomorrow.
You will always have my heart in your hands,
forever we can walk among the sands.
Now its time to say goodbye,
but please don't you cry.
You mean everything to me my love,
I wish in a way I were a Dove.
Soaring through the misty trees,
playing with the birds and bees.
I will always never be far,
for Ill always remember you, just as you are.

I don't know what inspired this poem but I felt like putting it here so a friend of mine from A/C could see it.
