your bad genes

The anxiety over virtually nothing is what bothers me most.
anxiety over virtually nothing is front-and-center for me now. the doorbell rings, knowing i have to go out shopping in three days, psycho hobos. all of them things i used to take in stride but now can't. anyone ever been in a similar state and found a way to get past it, or even suppress it enough to deal?
