They have two tips: One end is a medium point stiff marker, the other end a brush point. They are probably one of the best brands of marker I've ever owned. I use them for art and originally for illustration. They have not dried out or had the tips break off as other markers have. They work exactly the same now as they did thirty years ago. Another marker brand comes close, the japanese made sakura markers which have a much finer point and tend to be used for drafting and fine line drawing.
