Word Association Game

Virtue (because I thought of the word "Industrious", and then thought "not that one has to be either lazy or industrious. Virtus in media est" in this context virtus, which has several meanings, means virtue)
 
Mistake. As in I looked up Vitruvius and realized there is no connection between that name and volcano.

Haha, your "mistake" is charming. I once was "obsessed" with Latin roots; etymology. I presume you thought, "Vesuvius"? Another "obsession" was architecture, hence the Vitruvius.

I guess with that, and shame, my next word shall be:

"Misunderstood"
