why I'm agnostic

We can know God, if we receive His Spirit, the Holy spirit can interact with us.
Seem outlandish for some, good old bible is right though, if we have faith and confess Lord Jesus, he can come with us.

Basically every civilization on earth has had some sort of origin story that are very similar. I view the gods of ancient Greece exactly the same way I view the god(s) of Christianity: with vague amusement but, yeah, it's basically all Aesop's Fables to me.

These are the type of science videos I watch on my news feed every day.
It is a scientifically new acceptance of everything is consciousness, everything is energy and energy is a vibration. All unified.

Read Kurt Godel then come back, then may be you will have some thing to say.

All the weird patterns, I have seen over my lifetime to date and knowledge of science most notably physics makes it very difficult to become an atheist.

This is eloquently wording how I have always believed and from some personal experiences also known.
Of course, as the words say, everyone must find the answers for self in their own way.
Pythagorean Esoterics is also a study that defines what the video says.
It is Unity.

Energy cannot be destroyed, only changed.

All I know a couple of years ago during a dream A deep no nonsense voice said to me you are the messenger.
I even retorted at least Moses got a bush, No response, To This day have no idea about the message or who the entity is that spoke to me, or why.

In my opinion religion needs to go away and disappear from this world and I believe it would be for the better.

Religion is a heritage we got from barbaric times, invented by barbaric (and even violent) humans.

Religion clearly belongs to barbaric times, not to the modern times we live in.

Back in religious times they didn't even know that the Earth orbited the sun. They also had no cars so traveled on horses and camels. As you can see, people were very primitive back then.

Today religion is mostly used as a tool for political and social control. It plays no other role in the modern world except as a tool for making people behave badly and believe anything by indoctrinating them with old nonsense which clearly belongs to primitive and barbaric times.

Since the beginning of time man has wondered where we came from and what created us. Thus was the beginning of religion.
Most people have the need to feel there is something greater than themselves to look to for comfort.
And most continue to follow what was taught to them as a child. No thinking for themselves.
Even in today's time, it serves the human need for being a part of a social community.

Everyone has the free will to form their own conclusions on the big question of how did everything begin?

It would be fine if all could have their own explanation that suits them.
But the big paradox with religion is how most claim it is built on the foundation of peace and love yet it can turn into hate, wars and killing of those who don't think the same way.

Found this video, could be alternative explanation to what happened to me during my stroke, or what is leaving me messages. while sleeping.

It doesn't really matter if the alien encounter is true or not.
The point the story is telling is that all is one consciousness and like an information superhighway each existing being, in whatever form, can connect to any other point within the one consciousness. The Quantum Entanglement effect is demonstrated.

Perhaps, as we evolve, there will be at time we will be omnipresent and remember all that has been experienced. We aren't at that point yet though.
Receiving or knowing seems to be random at human's current level.
Like a radio receiver that isn't working at full capacity, you could be picking up messages of unknown origin and unknown interpretations at this time.

I have debated in my mind over and over for quite some time, and I have concluded that I am agnostic, but I am quite teetering on being full atheist. I will explain as simply as I can, as to why:

Every major (popular) god that folks worship and believe in....is a paradox. These gods are all claimed to be perfect, omnipotent beings. Well, perfect and omnipotent does not ever want - does not ever need - does not even consider any desire. A perfect, omnipotent being would never create anything that we know to be all of entire existence.

So, yeah, I ignore that core issue when I entertain all of the many contradictions / topics about gods that pop up all of the time, and I try to calmly interject and debate and honestly keep hoping that folks in those threads will figure out the same conclusion overall....but it just keeps not happening.

Anyway, still, if someone told me that their god was fallible, makes mistakes a lot, learns on the fly like the rest of us and just has more power and knowledge because they exist in and understand every dimension there is...okay....I'll likely buy into that. I'd accept that god as possible, especially when it would make sense from the start. Of further issue, though, is that the only gods in recorded history that fall into this category.....have been clearly revealed as fictional constructs for entertainment purposes - embellishing the much tamer and otherwise boring people / events of their historical record.

Merriam-Webster definition of agnostic:
1 : a person who holds the view that any ultimate reality (such as God) is unknown and probably unknowable
broadly : one who is not committed to believing in either the existence or the nonexistence of God or a god.

Not committed to believing the existence or nonexistence of a god would describe my view.
I don't hold to the belief that one certain book or religion explains a God. They are written by man. Just as the historical/ancient concepts that are depicted in drawings, statues or stories are manmade creations.
Mankind has always created their own ideas of such because we have always wondered how things came to be. As stated before, it has been needed by most for a feeling of comfort from something larger than self- and/or moral or political control of the peoples.
This is my belief. There are many others. To each his own as long as it is not doing harm to others in the name of said belief. Unfortunately, that has happened through history.

With more scientific proof, which is always growing and changing, everything seems to be connected with consciousness, just at different existing levels of energy. What our physical bodies can see, touch and feel, and that which we cannot.
If I were to call something God, it would just be all that is. Not an omnipotent being. But then again, I don't know what a perfect, omnipotent being would create.
Something would had to have created that perfect being first.
