I saw this and at first I couldn't decide if it was a warning for winter storm road treatment or an ICE protest.

John F Kennedy didn't realize that what he wanted to say was "Ich bin Berliner" (I am a Berlin native)
Berliner was also the name of a popular pastry, and by inserting the "ein" before Berliner, he was actually saying "I am a jelly donut!"

It's a very popular pastry in Australia, it's a bit better than a simple donut though. One of my favourites.

There is a lot of political contention right now about an American Organization called "ICE" (for Imigrations and Customs Enforcement), and there are protests in some US cities over what ICE is doing.

It is perplexing to see so many states along our southern borders experiencing incredibly bad and harmful weather that their infrastructure is simply incapable of managing. Yet asking too much politically of taxpayers to pay for it over future possibilities versus revenue available.

Gets complicated...

Actually it's a very "Old World" dynamic. With lots of past names for it...such as "Okhrana" .

Ever see the film, "Dr. Zhivago" ? Remember how Pasha Antipov (Strelnikov) got his facial scar?
