I got to see BonJovi front row center stage at the Arena and had Carlos Santana dripping sweat on my in the pit at what is now the Coca Cola Amphitheater,or Star Lake Theater as it was called at the time...The pit boss promised me front row seats and when he could not deliver he let me lean on center stage in the pit beside him
There is no comparison to listening to the stage monitors instead of the echoed rehashed stuff out of the pa system
