What other conditions do you have?

I struggle with a lot of mental health issues i.e (anxiety, depression, ptsd, I've struggled with bulimia and body dysmorphia for four years)
Besides mental I have a heart/fainting condition called POTS, (Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) so anytime and literally every time I stand up I either pass out or get another array of symptoms.
With all of these things jumbled together I get severe brain stem aura migraines which make it hard to leave the house and even get out of bed.

EDIT: I also forgot to put I have severe PFPS (Patellofemoral pain syndrome) and arthritis which runs in my family

In the past I was diagnosed with depression & anxiety, but I also had eating disorder, then I got diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, but they didn't even ask whether I had or have experienced abuse and I had experienced extreme abuse for 36 years. That got overturned and I got a diagnosis of PTSD - Developmental & Adult Trauma, otherwise known as CPTSD. I no longer have depression or anxiety or eating disorder, but I have to manage my Autism and PTSD pretty carefully. I don't use drugs other than occasional Tamazapam. I do a lot of therapy and attended hospital for a trauma&dissociation group therapy 3 week program, 3 times, last year. I use keto dietary measures, that helps as well. I do plenty of journalling and other arts-for-therapy.

Allergies, Depression, Anxiety, Chronic Migraines and Tension Headaches. Farsightedness. Tinnitus. Eustachian Tube Dysfunction. TMJ. Functioning Heart Murmur. GERD. I also tend to sprain or fracture my left ankle about once every two years.

I also have some traits of OCD like a need for things to "feel even".

Man this is depressing to list out.

Oh synesthesia. That's a cool one. I feel like I deserve some sort of savant-ism for all this crap I deal with, lol.
I only this week discovered there is a correlation between autism and eustachian tube dysfunction (Hall, A., Maw, R., Iles-Caven, Y., Gregory, S., Rai, D. and Golding, J., 2023. Associations between autistic traits and early ear and upper respiratory signs: a prospective observational study of the Avon Longitudinal Study of Parents and Children (ALSPAC) geographically defined childhood population. BMJ open, 13(3), p.e067682.) I have had symptoms of ETD my whole life, long before I discovered I was autistic. I love to travel but have to use nasal decongestant every time I fly.

IBS, migraines, hyper-vigilance (probably PTSD), acid reflux, limerance and rejection sensitivity disorder, alcoholism (getting much better without it now), food intolerance's, and absolutely I feel like an alien.
