Magdalena Bay are so good they make great synthpop. This is from their Mini Mix vol 3 the third in a series of mixtapes with shorter more experimental songs.
 
Anybody remember this? It was the shot across the bow of the American music scene that the British Invasion was coming. It was a clear break from 1950s rock.

 
Then, I've been reading about the destruction of the traitorous Confederacy. My favorite is this. The first battle of modern warfare when William Tecumseh Sherman recognized that there are no innocent civilians. A brilliant move.
