What MMO Gaming PC games do you like/play?

World of Warcraft. Only ever mages.

Hardcore, Ultra, Self Found, No action Bar, AOE.

Been a video game savant for 35 years.

I hold a VERIFIED TETRIS WORLD ONLY, and a small number of speed run wr's.

I am the filthy casual that makes sweats look silly. It's just in my nature.

I know what MMOs are, but I don't see the point of participating in a fake life when I can have a real one. I topped out at playing Defender (which I have in an arcade cabinet) and I'm happier this way.

Do you still play? I still play on a vanilla ITG2 cabinet with r21 at my local arcade. The pads are good but they refuse to upgrade the machine. When there's a party on the weekend the kids go crazy when I play 11s and 12s.

Aye, that's sorta the big problem (for some) with MMOs. Some people get too into it, and it becomes an addiction.

Or there's the ones that get too into it in a different way, and become genuinely angry whenever anything goes wrong, attacking other players as if it wasnt just a game. I've run into plenty of that sort. Well, anyone that's ever played anything multiplayer probably has run into that sort.

Also Defender is a lovely game. Though I personally always liked Stargate a bit more. Either is great though.

A couple of my own favorites are Moon Patrol, Berserk, and Juno First.

I hardly ever find anyone that cares about any of those golden age games whatsoever. Granted the games are like 40+ years old, but still.
