What 'little' things are horrible for you?

Voltaic

Darth Binks is real.
small things are just a normal thing for a lot of people really rubs me the wrong way sometimes. I am guessing it is common around here for this to happen, and generally everyone has those little things, separate from being on the spectrum. Do you have those little things?

I was going to list all of them in point forum, but I am going to leave some for the rest of you, and only list rant a few.

loud, bad music I don't want to here your music, period. I especially don't wan't to hear nothing but your music. You might feel all alpha and all by blasting your music everywhere you are going devoid of a thought of what others might wan't but all your doing is showing the world how much of an inconsiderate idiot you are blasting the most idiotic type of music known to man. Loud clubs and bars are not much better.

that smug condescending look you get in traffic You would be lying if you ever said you have drove a car and have not made a small mistake once or twice. We are only human, and you can't expect everyone you meet on the road to be flawless all the time. I admit it, I make mistakes. That look people give you when you when they pass you if you are going the legal speed limit and they are in a rush, it is the funniest and most annoying thing ever to me. they expect you to crater to their whims and wishes and know their whims and wishes at any given point, and if you don't know that, you are now the worst person in the world. I cut someone off once. I was being an idiot, I didn't see him. You can't really tell people you are sorry on the road, so I just looked bad in all. The person passed me and gave me this look I will never froget. I just kind of nodded, trying to convey a admittance of my mistake. The look was so dirty though, they must have been practicing for that moment for all of his life, I have never seen a look of discus more acute on a person ever before. They must have been so focussed on the look that he missed his exit. He proceeded to cut two across two lanes cutting someone off so bad they had to slam on the brakes.

Strobe lights What more can be said? being pulled over during the night is a hair pulling experience because of the lights. willingly going to a club with them...

Sliding sideways all the way down the ski hill This is a personal one of mine that is fresh in my mind. I spent the full day on the hill yesterday. The sunrise was right in the direction of the chair, so halfway through the day I was really over stimulated. There was this one person on the hill that made it so, so, so much worse. She found the need to hit the hardest slope on the hill, and wen't all the way down sideways on her board, not even making the slightest effort to turn. That constant scraping noise was a thing of nightmeres. It isn't just the noise. The slope is small, it is a city hill. When you go down sideways, you scrape all the snow off the hill to the icy base, making it hard to ski on. Am I over reacting? yes no. The hill is to be respected. It isn't just you ridding the hill, and when you do stupid stuff like that, it is just showing sheer disrespect to the hill and everyone else who uses it. After a little bit, I stopped at the bottom to wait for her to ask her to stop. Apparently I just killed her kid by asking her that and she flipped out. For an already over stimulated me it was hell. I said what I wanted to say, and I left. I found a nice snowbank to sit down in, in the woods away from everyone and the noise and caught up on some sleep for a bit. When I got back to the hill, apparently she got kicked off the hill because she started arguing with the person working the chairlift who just happened to be a manager who overhear our conversation.

As an adult, when I was still in contact with my family I had siblings, who always wanted to 'borrow' my clothes when I visited for the weekend, or they would ask for certain items that I had for formal events. Sweaters, dresses, shoes, blouses, coats, scarves, jewellery, makeup. I worked in fashion for a short time, and didn't like it, but often was given samples of clothing, makeup. So I had lots of that sort of thing. They would wear something like a dress, or a scarf or a sweater, and return it, smelling of perfume, which I could never remove the scent from. Dislike perfume, and threw away or donated the clothing with scent.

Having to listen to someone's phone conversation in a store or restaurant, on an elevator, in a line, because they are sitting or standing quite close to you. I can hear everything they are saying. I want a certain amount of quiet, but I assume since the advent of cell phones it's too much to ask of people.

One of my neighbors, who's always 'revving' something. Yesterday he tested his chainsaw and then his snowblower, then his snowmobile. Last week he put away his four wheel ATV, which he revved for quite awhile. I think he does it for his own kind of fun. He's partially deaf, I think, I was waiting for him to buy a leaf blower, but then realized he cut down all the trees on his property with his chain saw. So hopefully there's no need.

A singular person talking into the phone on speakerphone in public. Don't want to hear your conversation, dude. One of these days I'll just walk up to them and yell obscene things into the phone.

Going to a restaurant and then the establishment turns down the volume so everyone in the entire restaurant can talk. I asked them to turn up the volume, no one wants to hear what more than 150 people are saying at the same time! They might say that they don't mind but they really don't want that.

Small talk annoys the crap out of me, you don't learn anything from anything (heck saying hi would be alot better and then start a conversation) and honestly I could care less about how the weather is, if I wanted to see what the weather looked like I'd look it up on my IPhone.

Going to a Pub meal, especially at a Wetherspoons, and asking for "Scampi and chips, NO Salad or Peas", and you can guarantee that 8 times out of 10 the plate comes back full of Peas, I mean yeah OK I should give Peas a chance, but I've tried them before and I don't like 'em.

Also, when you ring some company up to discuss an issue, and because they're "busy" they say "We'll ring you back", and then 2 days later they haven't rung back! SO annoying, if you're too busy to talk to me there and then bloody well say so, I could be one of your best customers!

Children who aren't sleep, sarcastic autistic males, teenagers, plastic packaging ,charities constantly asking for money, sliding doors on vehicles being shut ,insane people allowing their alarms to go off at 3 o'clock in the morning ,being. Forced to Communicate to keep the peace, the iPad being too sensitive or not responding at all .

There's a scene in curb your enthusiasm where larry is in a restaurant and a guy is doing this at the table.
So Larry gets so annoyed he starts doing the same...talking loudly, gesticulating.

He doesnt have a phone.

So the phone guy gets really annoyed at larry...

noise, light touch, bright light, any emotional and inefficient conversation, people whose odor is too strong be it natural, deodorant or perfume, changes in plan, and the list goes on and on and on

This guy sounds maybe a tad unstable, but then again????
Wow, I'm not a tree hugger or anything, but they would have be dead or some very good reason for me just to go out and go into a chainsaw warpath with my trees... Geez

Florescent lights (the light and the humm)

High winds - it simply deafens me, so if I put on my headphones I still cant hear anything.

People who fly past you, jump in front of you, slam on their brakes and nearly stop to make a turn... I want to hit them so hard they wake up in another century, but instead I give them my nice long middle finger... NO HORN! Because I hate horns unless its a very real emergency.

Right now - the bell in the Salvation army persons hand... I love to give I do give, but I want to throw that bell under the rolling tire I see... Stand there with a good dog and I will empty my wallet... : ) but ditch the bell!

Talking on the phone with someone who talks very fast... I had to converse with a very nice Chinese lady today and I'm not sure I even know what took place. I was trying to order 2 dozen doughnuts for the Board meeting tomorrow... I couldn't decide when to speak, and she kind of screamed at me "Is that right!" I said, "I think so?" and she hung up...wow. : )

What little things are horrible for me? Phone calls. Loud talking. Hearing the machine that grinds up trees. Non-stop stupid pop songs with singing. Crowded places. Blamers. People who talk excessively. When situations or actions or words of people - towards other people or animals - are unfair, violent, and/or blatantly unctuous or hubristic.

Slow walkers (that don't allow room for other people to get by)
Loud eating
When people put the TV on, insist on having a conversation in the same room, then get annoyed when you tell them you can't hear them OR the TV.
Doctors
When people convince you to change all your plans, then later apparently 'forget' about it and don't understand why you are annoyed (my family do this a LOT)!
The keyboard letters on my smartphone being too small to accurately press half the time
People who can't use logic in discussions and argue based on 'feeling'
An entire society that can't seem to use logic any more
Multi-tasking, failing at multi-tasking, then people still demanding that I multi-task
Being interrupted when I'm hyper-focused on something
Demanding, arrogant, bossy people that expect others to automatically do what they say... just because (every single only child I've known - apologies to any only children who aren't like this, you are rare unicorns)

Unwanted low frequency sounds of any kind that I didn't generate on my own. They won't kill me, but they certainly annoy me to no end.

And every time my phone rings. Someone wanting to steal from me. I almost never get someone who actually wants to call me personally.
