What did you have for breakfast ?

Coffee 6am, 9am Coffee and cinnamon role, Eleven thirty 2 beef, bean and green chilly Burritos.
2:30 and beyond whatever I feel like.

I joke coffee is a full meal, but I just never did the breakfast thing. I might snack on fruit or some veggies later on, or like a Snickers bar if it's around.

I'm astounded at how healthy most of you eat. Annnnd we'd better give Fridge a prize don't you think? He seems desperate for one. Any suggestions?

Whey with forest fruit, blueberry yogurt, maca extract for hormones, homemade pizza and lots of walks. After spending months ODing and obsessing on antioxidants I try to avoid taking them for a few months to avoid causing cancer to myself out of fear of getting it.
All with the spec. that my mornings begin after 2 pm.

I currently eat two sausage patties every morning. Sometimes that is the only meal I eat all day.

A turkey and cheese sandwich with a banana, and a cinnamon roll (I had a late breakfast, it was around lunch time).

Also, I've been experimenting with different cinnamon roll recipes. This one had cream cheese folded into the dough, so basically a laminated dough but with cream cheese instead of butter. And then instead of a basic glaze, I used cream cheese icing to top of the rolls!
