Bumping into my old post, things have gone backwards, and I can’t tolerate oatmeal anymore.I’ve been experimenting with foods and I’ve been able to add several back to my regime. These days I now regularly have apple juice with breakfast. I’ll eat an apple, too.
Sometimes on weekends I’ll have oatmeal. I like it with brown rice syrup.
