What advice would you give your 30 year old self?

Some of the most productive choices I ever made were aged thirty: return to education, cull areas of toxicity from life, relocate & Head for the Hills...This was 5 years before I got diagnosed / assessed but the need for absorbing occupations, an awareness of potential vulnerability & a desire for a quieter environment were important to me. Now, I would advise: keep closer links with family.

What you were able to do is more precisely what I would say to 30 year old me. Along with keeping closer links to family.

Good for you.

You will be able to live without him (my ex), and it will be the best thing for you. Research Aspergers, it will explain alot.
