Someone at work recently told me, they thought so and so might have Aspergers and did I know anything about it? I told them my limited knowledge of it. Later when I got home I started researching it. A few hours later I was suspicious that they were really talking about me.

Welcome ManfromMars . I am painfully shy still at 44 and social anxiety strongly abounds in me. AC provides a peaceful outlet and there are many insightful, caring members here. Best of luck to you!

Hi & Welcome,
One can be Aspie or even Aspie-Like but something else. It can take a while to get things sorted out. Hope you can learn something here at the Alien Clearing House. ;)

Thanks, I might just have some traits in common. Not sure at this point. I am not seeking this, but am ok with it if turns out that way. If nothing else, I will learn about all you interesting people and how to relate or not depending on the person.

:) Welcome aboard.
