This reminds me of my testing for Central Auditory Processing Disorder....
When the audiologist got to the part where he would play a sentence into just one ear, then a different sentence into the other ear; at a comfortable quiet volume through the headphones on his side of the glass, me inside this interesting sound-proof box...and I was supposed to say it back to
him.
Left ear - perfect repeat.
Right ear - long pause, and managed to say every word in the sentence but in completely random order.
If I could remember what I said I would write it here.
But all I can remember is the booth and the audiologist and my jeans and mental pictures of the word "the", an airport runway, and a boeing 737...because the sentence my brain scrambled had the words "the" and "runway" and "airplane".
Now to find new words to randomize on purpose....
