Walking without concentrating, leads to me tripping up!

I have always been very proud of myself because I never fall, I never make my clothes dirty, I never drop anything, etc...
But now I realise that these things never happen because I am super attentive to everything around me, I am never relaxed.
What I am experiencing lately is that because I am trying to relax, I do make many mistakes and I am getting more clumsy, like I make my clothes dirty when I eat and I trip over my own feet while walking in a flat surface too.
A couple of nights ago I fell down but that was because it was already dark and I was walking in a road without light while reading something on my phoneo_O
I just got up and continued as before, nobody saw it, only God and I bet He laughed:D I like to imagine I make Him smile when I do something silly:)
