I just remembered that the last time I was in the city, a guy bumped into me in a store and said "Sorry."

Yeah, British Comedy has produced some greats (and a few stinkers, but that's to be expected of any genre over time).

Porridge (the original 1970s series) has always been a favourite of mine, with this clip been an example.
RIP to Ronnie Barker, Richard Beckinsale and Fulton Mackay - all are missed:

I must have remembered the name right. That was their names. I loved that scene in one of the episodes where Hyacinth kept panicking over sounds and kept keeping poor ol Richard up "Richard! Was that a noise?!"
