I have got a new technique to share with you guys. It's called the Kasambaa technique, and it goes something like this:

K - Keep it personal.
Keep any information about your family, friends or life personal, or your name personal when you're writing self-insert fanfics.

U - Understand.
Understand that it's okay to feel sad and anxious sometimes, and that there are ways out of it.

S - Search.
Search up any information you can about a topic that inspires you.

A - Amaze
Try and find ways to use your skills, such as writing, baking or computer coding, to amaze your friends.

M - Move Forward.
When you experience something negative, just ignore it and move forward onto something happy!

B - Books.
Reading a massive quantity of books will expand your knowledge on a topic you're curious about.

A - Altogether.
Get some help from a positive support network of friends, family or other people who are in your positive friend group. Even if they do say "I don't know," inside they still know all the answers!

A - Accomplish
Celebrate any small accomplishment in your life before you move onto the big ones.

So, what do you think of this technique? I hope it helps you guys out sometime in the future!
