Teaching Kids Conflict Resolution

Hello there,

I am a high school student doing a project that could help the parents and teachers of kids with autism and or who are non-verbal. I want to create something that can help parents/teachers teach them conflict resolution skills. In your guy's opinion, what's the biggest obstacle you face when it comes to handling conflicts with your kids? What would be a helpful resource to have always available to you? A website with information and conflict resolution lesson plans? Just a document with a general idea of how you should go about teaching it? Let me know, I would love any type of feedback and input. Thank you guys all so much!

Welcome to the Forums! I hope you make new friends and enjoy your stay in the process! :)

The only way I've ever gotten kids to listen is to offer them candy.

Are there other ways??
