Hi Weeble welcome. Neurotribes is a great book isn't it? I hope you enjoy it here, people are friendly and helpful and there's plenty of useful information and threads to read. I agree about diagnosis, if it fits for you then diagnosis may be superfluous. And also agree about that feeling of relief and being able to create realistic strategies based on understanding what the issues are, and accept myself too.
