I like the one aspect concerning how to endure hardship. I have found that helpful in a practical way. But I really don't know much about it as a philosophy. Looking at it briefly it seemed to say to be indifferent to pleasure as well as pain, which didn't resonate well with me. I find it also useful to embrace the good things. Maximize the good and minimize the bad I guess sums up my approach. Do they have bipolar stoicism?
