State/City with good group home options

We want to move to a warmer state (Not California or Arizona) from Illinois that may provide good options for group homes for our two adult autistic boys (ages 27 and 22).
Can someone please suggest?
 
I don't think it would be Mississippi where I live. I've been looking here for a good group home for my 34-year-old nephew in case he can't continue living in his house but I haven't found anything that I think would be a good place for him. The private group homes are very expensive and the publicly funded group homes are awful.
