Sports you love to do

Hi, every time something makes me overly anxious, I refer to weightlifting or I go do a couple of pull-ups to remind myself that I can lift myself, lift heavy weights, and carry them around. Running is nice too, especially sprinting.
I wanted to know if anybody here used physical activity to do better in life, or had a dedication to a sport in particular.

My family played a lot of sports when I was younger.
We enjoyed playing backyard cricket, table tennis, pool, kick to kick with a football, mini golf
I played tennis as a teen but was never very good
And played squash with my dad a few times.
In elementary school I enjoyed gymnastics and enjoyed playing kickball with the other kiss even when chosen last.

I like martial arts, boxing, running, tennis, swimming, weightlifting, wrestling... I don't do any of these often nor do I follow things like sports statistics unless I see it as something like a rival or competitor for me. I will train a lot for a while, but the I kinda peter out like most of my hobbies for awhile.
