Some favorite songs

It was 1999 and I heard this. No idea what it was but whenever it came on I would listen. I only found out years later what it was when the radio station I was listening to played it and I looked up their track list.

This one gets me teared up. I used to sing the howling portion with my dog, Charlie, who passed away in Feb. 2020. It was "our song" and always will be <3

@Skittlebisquit, Are you familiar with Hot Tuna?
I am not a concert goer but my ex husband dragged me to see Hot Tuna at a mountain bar on the deck. Basically just 40 guests so there were no bad seats. A rare event I won't forget even though the music is not my jam.

I have always identified with the bee girl because she was living in a world where she different from everyone else. I think that most of us have experienced this to one degree or another.
She said that she still gets recognized as “the bee girl” and she has embraced it as a positive thing because that role made people smile.
